The Hart Family now calls the city of Foristell Missouri our home. Foristell is west of St. Louis, out of town just what we like. Our new home is located on 1+ acres of hardwoods, gives us some room to move around.

We are still learning our area and work has limited our time to explore. We were able to get out Dove hunting at Busch conservation area and Deer hunting at Mark Twain National forest.

Matt and I did get down to Jerry's place south of Pine Bluff, Ar.

We seen a lot of deer down at the camp this year, we took a doe for the freezer.

We are still trying to cope with the loss of our youngest son Wade, he was 21 years old. We bought a real nice monument for Wade this past spring, it is a large black polished Heart. Sometimes our only refuge from the hurt of our loss is to go hunting and fishing. Matt my oldest grandson lives with us and has been a real blessing, we don't know how we would have made it through the tragic death of our son Wade without this child. Matt told me last night he was going to grow up to be just like his uncle Wade.

Hunting Missouri

I have found a hunting forum that has been helping me get use to the area. Thanks to STLWOLF and a few other members at SHOMEOUTDOORS.com I have found a state forest close to work that has a shooting range. Check out the site, great people excited about the hunt and living right.

Our Family History starts in the north woods of Minnestota, where my wife was born and raised. Ruth and I spent a great deal of time with our young children fishing on the many lakes of Minnesota.

My boy's and I would make trips to Lake of The Wood's or the Brainard area every year for exciting hard water fishing for Walleye's.

When my children were still young we moved to the Black Hills of South Dakota. We spent seven years in the hills watching our family grow and learning to love the outdoors.

We will also be spotlighting some of the products we use in our hunts, giving reviews and recommendations.
